As Kenny said, you need to create a radio station using the artist’s
name. Once the station is created and plays music from the artist and
adjacent artists, you can tune the station to play primarily songs
from that artist. Go to your Pandora app on your iPhone and open the
station, select crowd

That's expected behaviour at this point; the holding down the home and
lock button step put it into a special mode (recovery mode) which lets
your laptop see it and ultimately lets you restore it, but
unfortunately VoiceOver isn't supported in recovery mode.

I opened iTunes and plugged the iPad into my laptop and iTunes
immediately asked me if I wanted to restore the iPad. So the download
is still running I have about 3.20gb downloaded so far so it is a slow
download, but it seems to be working.

You didn't state which phone you have. If you are using an iPhone 11 or newer,
this included the Se 2020 phones, while in the facebook app turn the rotor &
confirm that screen recognition or Direct touch or another setting within rotor
didn't accidently get turned on.
