There used to be a few Apps out there that work. It has been a couple of years
since I have used them however. When I was looking into them, I did a search
for record phone calls on the App Store. I do not know if any of them are still

I have only tried it once, but it does seem that the multiplayer game Avalon is
accessible. It is a text based game. I do not know if there is an app for it
for the iPhone however. I believe you have to buy some software that will help
you interact with your screen reader. At
