Hi Judy I got it from Amazon. To set it up you need to download the Proscenic Home app and follow the instructions, NOTE: it need 2.4G not 5! The Alexa bit is a skill that you have to activate. Once you have down all that its really, really accessible for a totally blind person. Any more help don't hesitate to ask. Regards
