Okay, thank you. This is not going to be a one line message. When I got the information I sent it to you all, but then I tested it and also found that I had a problem with the tone sticking. I didn't know to hit the town twice so the first time it stuck I closed out my phone from the app

I don't know how to know if I am using the compact voice or not. I deleted the enhance quality voice and the Alex voice out of voice over. How would I know if I am using the compact voice please and thanks. God bless, Wren Langley Sent from my iPhone On Oct 1, 2014, at 4:03 PM, Sieghard

I find it a little hard to believe that the high-quality voice and Alex are the reason why the tones are sticking. I think that support person doesn't know what he's really talking about to be honest with you. Sent from my iPhone On Oct 1, 2014, at 4:02 PM, Lea Langley

Hi Shawn, I do believe he got it from one of his engineers. The engineer said that he was looking they were looking into the problem and trying to get it fixed. This is not meant to argue. Just to put some light on the situation. Of course you do have a right to your own opinion. And everyone

Are you hitting the tone immediately or does this work if you have pressed other keys after the one that stuck? My problem is that I don't always know which key did it unless I am dialing very slowly. But this has motivated me to put commas and extension numbers in my contacts so they dial that
