Thanks everyone! To keep track of the books I have read, I use an app called bookbuddy. It's perfectly accessible with VoiceOver and worth its price.

I have sent in some feedback to the BARD team so that you could use BARD Express or the web page to keep track of the books you've read and not just the books you've downloaded, but although they've been receptive to my suggestions, I'm not sure they're getting enough feedback to make it worth their while. For movies, I've got nothing except for the same idea of using a file or spread sheet.
