Hi Kim,
On your computer, right-click Dropbox in the menu and choose Quit. Then start
it up again. Sometimes the program can get disabled, and a restart fixes it.

Hi Kim,
Pressing the Sync button was all I had to do, and the folder was created. Are
you sure Dropbox is turned on on your computer? Occasionally I have to close
Dropbox and reopen it to get it to sync files properly.

I did that and the notes were placed in the access note folder under dropbox on
my phone. But when I open dropbox on my laptop, there is no access note folder

Hi Kim,
If you open AccessNote on the all notes screen, there is a sync button. If you
double-tap on it, the notes should sync with your Dropbox account.
