Hi All,

It was mentioned earlier that some folks were having the issue of needing to
use a headset to hear the the Amazon Alexa app after opening it from the
Home Screen. I mentioned the work around of going to the app switcher and
double tapping on the Alexa app again to return the voice to the speakers,
but below is the fix for both issues.

Open the Amazon Alexa app and choose the More tab from the tabs at the
bottom, it's to the right of the Devices tab.

Go to the top left and swipe right to, Settings, and open this.

Go to the top left, swipe right to, Alexa App Settings, and open this.

Go to the top left, swipe right to,Enable Alexa Hands-Free, and single
finger double tap it. You might not hear anything after double tapping , so
double tap it until you hear Voiceover report, On. You might have to
activate the microphone in the Amazon Alexa app of Settings as well.

Stay safe and take care. Mike.
