All of a sudden there is no voice on my apple tv box

Hi, I have been able to use my apple tv box just fine and was watching something on Netflix this morning. I decided to resume watching and all of a sudden the box isn’t talking. I have no sighted assistance so have no idea what is happening but any suggestions to fix this problem would be
