Hi all. I have find an app called chm plus from langu.net.
There is a free version and a paid version. I use the paid, but you can probably use the free too. I use the app with great success for reading drm free epub files. I can read section by section without having to turn page all the time. I can not get the search function to work, but maybe it is just me. I use the app with my braille display, and I will recommend it to other braille users. You can read different file formats.
