Hi, Unfortunately, this is a known problem. Sometimes there is just a lag. There is a setting that you can change for the bounce rate I believe it is. it chaanges how long it takes for the command to hit the phone, but I can't remember where it is. Sorry I'm not much help. Jenn and Kumi >
