If you do not have Text Selection on the rotor, first go to the VoiceOver rotor
settings and select Text Selection.Then, when you are at the beginning of the
text you wish to copy, turn the rotor to text selection and flick or arrow down
to line selection, then flick or arrow right to select
Turn the router to edit click to select all after that click copy

The best way to do this with a keyboard is to 1. Put text selection in your
rotor.
2. Go to the email you wish to copy and open it.
3. Position the cursor at the spot where you want to copy.
4. Press up arrow and right arrow to turn your rotor to text selection.
5. Press down arrow to select all
