track button once it is set on track, double tap once more and it is set to
track with directions. Now Maps will talk if you move your iPh
First, turn location tracking on. Once maps has a location the map will
populate. Then explore the display.

I have not tried it that way yet. I seldom use turn-by-turn now that I use
street address navigation. I really like the talking map in Apple Maps. It is
helping me learn my city much better.
