I have the latest update to Voice Dream Reader and was able to do
several searches last night without having the issue you describe. As
it happens, my default is a title search, but I changed it to author
and found several results. I'm using VDR on an iPhone XR running iOS
14.0.1.

I have the new version of voice dream on this phone. When I try to do a search
by author in Bookshare, it tells me that I have in this instance, 11 results.
But none of them appear. On my older phone, which I did not update, the search
still works. So if you like searching book share, I wouldn’t
