trying to sync my calendar and contacts between an ipad II running ios 7.02
and a windows 7 64-bit computer running MS outlook 2010 home and business.

Are you syncing your calendar appointments and contacts in Outlook with
iCloud? If so, sync your iPhone with iCloud and this will sync your
appointments and contacts with your phone. Otherwise, sync everything through
iTunes on your computer.

I think what might be going on here is that the outlook sync to iCloud isn't
working I have that problem haven't figured out a make that work either!
