I would just add to what sieghard said by noting that the in app
purchase bug from the first release is no longer a problem. So getting the
full version as described should go fine.

I wanted to upgrade said app. So I went to help upgrade info. I also
found the button buy now. But clicking on it doesn't produce results I
notice. I went over the whole screen but everything was like before.
I even deleted and reinstalled the app. But nothing changed. What could
be th
