Hi Guenni, When you say "upgrade" I assume you mean you bought the initial $0.99 version and now want to do the in-app upgrade for $7.99 for the full version? I can't remember exactly what this is called, but once you go to tap on "Get Help" and "Upgrade Info" it should say something like you are

Hi folks I wanted to upgrade said app. So I went to help upgrade info. I also found the button buy now. But clicking on it doesn't produce results I notice. I went over the whole screen but everything was like before. I even deleted and reinstalled the app. But nothing changed. What could be th
