It sounds like you will need to contact the bank/app developer as they may have
messed up the accessibility.
But, does double tapping on the return key in the bottom right corner not move
you out of that field and close the keyboard?

Hey! My mobile banking app has been updated recently. now whenever I have to
enter any details, I tap on the form field and the keyboard pops up. After I
have filled up say amount of money I want to send someone, the keyboard
remains open! I can only proceed after I have closed the keyboard.
