Sometimes Eye Note works for me, sometimes it doesn't. But now, I know that when it doesn't, it needs more light. So, I either turn a light on in the room, or go outside, and it has never not worked under these conditions. I have the cheap phone, it probably works better on the pro models.
I-note works perfectly for us. I think it even tells you if the lighting is low.

I bought the lifetime membership for Cash Reader, which does work very

Make sure you have enough light in the room and hold the camerA 4 to 6 inches
