Hi all,

 

This is the dum response I got from Apple when I reported on how inaccessible 
it was to our software.  Don’t know how they made their choice in view of the 
fact that, right now, JAWS is the most popular screen reading software in the 
world.  I’d like to know how people using Windows Eyes are doing with iTunes 
12.1

Thank you for your email. At this time Apple includes support for the 
Window-Eyes screen reader in iTunes. Other screen readers may require an 
update. 

If you find that another screen reader is not working correctly, please check 
with the application developer to see if they have an update for the software.
