Hi, I've just got a 4s and have set up FaceTime but it won't let me make
outgoing calls. I cann however receive incoming FaceTime calls. Any ideas why?

To search the VIPhone public archive,
I've checked and can't see anything random, except phone number saying dimmed
after it - did you say this didn't matter? I've discovered I can't FaceTime on
my iPad or iPhone even though they're both set up. I tried turning off both
FaceTime and the devices, but no difference.
