I heard back from Sendero very quickly. Apparently, I just had a bad download, which I should have thought of, but deleting the app and reinstalling it fixed the issue. So if you have it, install it. If you don't and want to try it out, apparently there is now a 30 day free trial. Here is what it says in the what's new; note no mention of the free trial. Integrated iOS 9 optimization, now the app loads in half the time.
