Hello Folks: I thought I would forward the response that I received from Mobience. As I understand this, these keypads are not firmware upgradable even though different versions of the firmware are mentioned on their Site. Again, as I understand it, when improvements are made to the devices, present owners of these devices will not be able to take advantage of the upgrades.
I write this just to say that one should think very carefully before investing in this type of product. Cheers.
