Hi, If you are wanting to get on Gem Iv, you have to go to play.net and log in and pick gem IV in the games, and if you have a character created you have to check the box by the character name and go down and pick other options and click the wizard check box and save that sal file. It has all the log in information that you will need. It is just like connecting to dragon rhelms.
