Whenever I have used the You-Player app, I have never been served an ad. Also, when I convert YouTube videos to MP3 using the converter on the web, I have never received an ad from the downloaded video. The MP3 files are transferred to the iPhone with iTunes. Kelly On 12/22/15, Shermeen
