Hello Rob, I think you answered your own question in the first paragraph of your original post. You should be using the latest version of the iCloud Control Panel, not the previous version. I strongly suspect that this is why you do not see the Calendar/Contacts option. Mark From:

I am setting up a new Windows 10 computer. I installed iCloud 6.2.2 since the first dialog in the most recent version seemed less accessible. I opened iCloud on the pc and signed in to my Apple ID. I found check boxes for photos, bookmarks, and iCloud drive. I want to sync my Outlook
