I think I know why we have the discrepencies. I’m using the Honeywell Total
Comfort Connect app, not the Honeywell Home app. I didn’t
t; (have to ask somebody to actually describe it) is the Add new device button.

You will have to match wiring colors. You will also need sighted help to
connect the app, as I recall it displays an icon on the thermostat screen you
have
