How do I turn off language detection in iOS 13.3?

Hi List, I've got a document in both docx and html formats that I'm attempting to read using the Dropbox app. I'm not sure what is causing this since the document is entirely in English but certain of the headings are being read with another language accent or maybe in another language entirely
