I am trying out using a braille display with my Iphone. I'm using the braille
sense U2. I have a document that lists the commands, for using braille displays
with IOS, but there isn't a command to double tap. So how do you open apps and
such with a braille display?

I don't have that particular model, but you can use routing keys or selector
buttons to double-tap.
