I really need help restoring all my contacts

Hi, I am still having a lot of trouble restoring all my contacts after a phone crash. I backed up my phone and somehow got contacts from ages ago and others I have deleted so now need to get them all restored but don’t want to mess up my apps etc again. Jen -- The following
