I just tried the idocs lite which is free. Editing is not very good, and forget about creating a new document with VoiceOver. The keyboard just bongs at you if you manage to get it there. I have not tried with a bluetooth keyboard yet. Here is the link https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/idocs-lite

I was just experimenting with the free lite version. Editing is not very good at all and creating documents is pretty much impossible. I wrote the developers from the settings screen to request that they look into improving the VoiceOver accessibility around editing and document creation.
