Just passing this along for anyone having problems getting a Braille Sense 6 to
work with IOS 17.
No matter how I tried, I couldn't get my Braille Sense 6 going, after rebooting
both devices, telling the iPhone 12 Pro to forget the Braille Sense and on and
on. Finally I said the hell with it and turned Bluetooth off. Then I told the
Braille Sense to go into Terminal mode over the Bluetooth serial port. The
iPhone told me that Bluetooth was off and wanted to know if I wanted to start
Bluetooth, to which I answered yes. i heard the usual chirp that happens when
the display begins working and sure enough, I had Braille. Needless to say, I'm
happy about that and hope that I won't have any more problems. I'm writing
this message on the Braille Sense 6 right now.
I hope this helps someone.
