When I open the mail app and open a message with a word attachment, I
notice that I am unable to open it by double tapping on the attachment
name. I also tried a double tap and hold hoping that it would open the
associated attachment or produce the open in menu; however, nothing
Instead of swiping, change pages with three-finger swipes until you can
actually double-tap the attachment button. There is a widespread bug with
Voiceover not updating the visual screen, so it's best to try changing pages
when swiping doesn't work in an app.
