I would hook it to the computer and iTunes and see if it shows up in the
sources list. If so, see if Voice Over is enabled. You could also try swiping
up with two fingers, and then immediately pressing the volume up button, as the
volume may have gotten turned down inadvertently. I hope this
One more thing… Try plugging it in. It may just be dead, and if so, it will
take several minutes before you hear the chirp that lets you know it is
charging, as it won't have enough power to chirp until the battery comes up
some. hth

Try turning up the volume or plugging in a headset and see what happens. Maybe
vo volume on the speaker got muted.
