No, but if you touch the vertical scrollbar on the right of the screen you can
simply flick up or down with one finger.

When I have encountered those lists, I found I have to touch ay item in the
list on the left side of the screen to make sure VO is focused in the list;
then do the three finger swipe up. If you touch where it says vertical scroll
bar, the three finger swipe does nothing

Regarding my previous message, I should have also said that what I
have tried to do is to flick up or down or left or right with three
fingers, so as to try to move to a different page. It doesn't seem to
work with trying to expand these lisits. I am beginning to think there
might not be any other
