With Uber I can put in a pick up point, even if I’m not actually there, and a 
destination to see what the price will be for when, as I do on occasion, I pay 
for a friends ride. However, with Lyft, when I wanted to see for an upcoming 
dinner what the price would be for one of my friends to go from her destination 
in comparison with what Uber’s price is, I could only get the price from my 
location; I had to go to the next screen, edit the pick up point, since it gave 
my location, and from there I had to request Lyft, without seeing how much it 
was going to cost. The only way I could figure out to possibly see the price 
would have been to actually book the trip, and then hopefully see how much it 
cost and thencel on time, which I didn’t want to risk.

The other thing is using the help center with my iPhone: it’s doable until when 
you have to mess with the CAPTCHA: I can’t check the box verifying that I am a 
human, and by the time I finally get The audio challenge and play buttons to 
work and enter what I think the word is, which can be problematic, the time 
limit has expired. When a situation comes up otherwise during a trip, ideally 
you want to address it in a convenient way. Thankfully I have a Twitter 
account, but I know people who don’t, and they’ve illiminated their email 
support address.
