Yes, I've called them also early on regarding the issue. They're supposed to have some sort of update out before the play off's begin Friday afternoon is my understanding. Your suggestion about getting in to the app switcher before getting back to the home screen worked for me like the champ the Braves will be last evening as well. So anyway, I was finally able to call MLB about the audio cutting out and was informed that this issue with the feed dropping when exiting the app with one press of the home button is a known bug and that they're working on it and they expect to release an update soon.
