Please tell me the name of the app which can read audio descriptions for
movies and the link from which it can be downloaded.

and was successful at the download; didn't do anything differently, and I was
on the same WiFi network each time.
I'll let you know how it workds if we get to the movie.

Trying to download the Philomena audio description.
First time I tried it, it announced a download cycle 0% to 100% rather quickly,
then slowly went through a 0% to 100% Downloading cycle, but seemed to hang
there for 30 minutes, and nothing else on the screen was active; everything
