I was victime of the bug last Tuesday. But I managed to repair my iphone via
itunes.

For some reason when I go into update I know longer have the option to go to
9.3. It was there on Monday after the Apple event but I decided to wait a

Have you rebooted your phone?
I noticed on a clients phone today that the update was still available on her
phone.
That was about 4 hours ago.
