What causes that problem where we have to restart the phone?

OK, have been meaning to ask this for a while, and since this one will not
delete this is the time. Every once in a while no matter how I delete a post,
or try to, it will not delete. Tried every possible way to delete this, but
cannot. Garth, maybe you like my iPhOne 4s? (smiley) Help!

It just means the memory in the iOS device needs to be refreshed. Turn the
device off and then on again and the email will disappear. Basically, it's an
artefact from fragmented memory.
