When I am listening to an audiobook on the audible application and have my
phone locked voice over says phone locked every minute or two this never
occurred until I downloaded iOS 7. I have the most up-to-date audible
application.

Hi,
This happens when you change the volume (either increase or decrease), while
listening to audio with the phone locked. It is not an audible bug. Its an
IOS 7 bug.
