Hello listers, Since upgrading my iPhone 5 to iOS 7, I've been having trouble deleting e-mail from my university e-mail account. When I try to delete a message from my inbox by swiping up and double tapping on the trash button, one of three things happens: 1. The message is deleted as one would expect; 2. If the message is still marked as unread, it suddenly shows up as read and remains in my inbox but then becomes deleted on my second attempt or 3. The message stays in my inbox, no matter how many times I attempt to delete it. When this happens, none of the methods of deleting e-mail work on that message.
At first, I suspected that this was simply a bug in iOS 7, but recently I noticed that the issue applies to my university e-mail only; I have no trouble deleting iCloud or Gmail messages. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
