Have done this within the last few weeks with no problem... so don't know why 
anyone would have stated this. I don't have a MAC, so hope someone will chime 
in on that side of technology.

I tried adding in iTunes early in this process, but was told that currently 
playlists that you create in iTunes don't sync to the phone, for whatever 
reason. Also, I have gone from the PC to a Mac in the last month.
