The only app that comes to mind is the Type in Braille app. You will have to
go look at the description and see if it will do what you are wanting. Other
than that, I have no clue.

You might also look into perkinput area it doesn't do exactly what you want,
but it's similar. It's new, and need some work, but so far it's got a great
