Yes, if you purchase the premium Spotify on your phone, you will be
using the premium version on your desktop, assuming your using the same
credentials on your PC as your phone.

Recently I have found an issue when searching from albums and artests but have

When I'm looking for an artist I first double tap on the artist button and type
in what I'm looking for and then search.
The only thing I can think of is that what you are looking for is actually not
