Shane,
This happens because you must have Automatic Downloading turned on for apps
on your iPhone. You can turn this on for Apps, Books and Music. It is under
Settings, iTunes and App Store. Check this on your phone and if it is on for
apps you can turn it off and this way if you download an app
That's a part of it, I found that when I last updated to iOs 6.1.3, all
this got turned on by default. I also found it had presumed that every email
address/account I have would be good for FaceTime and iMessage.
