The Audible app does the samething too. It depends on the type of app, if it
includes a function for listening too. Hopefully there's a workaround for these
kinds of app!

Yes, theoretically if a device is recognized or manually set to be a "Speaker",
Voiceover should stay on the iPhone, if the device is recognized or manually
classified as a headset Voiceover should follow other audio. Unfortunately this
is not set in stone and with my Ultimate

Check the speaker itself in bluetooth settings under more info. Check
the device type, if you see speaker, choose headphone, or other and
see if that changes things. Good luck.
