Yes, theoretically if a device is recognized or manually set to be a "Speaker", Voiceover should stay on the iPhone, if the device is recognized or manually classified as a headset Voiceover should follow other audio. Unfortunately this is not set in stone and with my Ultimate Ears Wonderboom
