Hi,
Bluetooth keyboards definitely work with iOS 7.1. I use mine every day. There
is a bug when in an edit box, if you press the control key by itself to stop
speech, you have to then press and release both the control and option keys
together to get the keyboard functioning properly again.
Wow this is certainly news. Have you tried removing and adding the keyboard in
case the connection profile was corrupted somehow?

I can't yet type letters on the IPhone either and that's why I have ordered
some keyboards.

I thought this was a known problem with 7.1, I haven't even tried to use
my bt keyboard with 7.1 because of it.

My apple Bluetooth keyboard does not work with my iPad using IOS7.1.
I don't know of any work arounds.
