It does not remove data, but you may find you have to reenter passwords.
Call Apple Accessibility to be sure.
I believe I had to reenter my WiFi password, and on other apps that I did not 
have to previously.

As far as I can find out on the Internet deleting all settings does not remove 
app settings/data.

Like all messages in the Messages app, WhatsApp messages etc and the most 
important one Entrust.
I use Entrust to log on to my employers VPN and if Entrust settings/data is 
also deleted I have a problem since I then will not be able to log in remotely 
which is my only option right now since our office is closed due to corona.

So, if I go to settings->general>reset>delete all settings it will only affect 
iPhone settings and not apps?
