Go to the App Store and locate the app in question. Read down past the
description and you will find the published contact info for the app's
developer. This is the case with all apps.

Hi Eric.
The problem isn't with the information, it's just that the app is made to fit
on a smaller screen like that found on the iPhone 4S. It's kind of annoying to
have all of this un-used space at the top and bottom of the screen. All iPhone
5 compatible apps use the entire screen.
