Hi Bobby, This version definitely takes a bit of getting used to and I have contacted Netatmo and will work with them in the new year to hopefully improve this a bit. However, here is what I found out, I have also the main station with outdoor module, on eadditional indoor module and the rain gauge.
When I first open the app focus usually lands on the menu button at the top left. If I swipe right I hear the last update time as in something like 3 minutes ago. If I swipe right again I get "Air quality data not available" which is because our official weather station nearby doesn't measure that yet. Then if I swipe again I hear "Page 2 of 4". This is actually the page where the outdoor information is located, but somehow Voiceover skips over this. Try to swipe down so it goes to Page 1 of 4, then locate the picker again and swiper up again to Page 2 of 4, don't touch the screen for a moment after swiping up, for me Voiceover will focus on outdoor temperature after a moment and I can swipe right and read felt like temperature, pressure and humidity. In order to get minimum and maximum temperature you have to double tap on the temperature reading and this holds true for both outdoor and indoor. Then if you swipe right you first get minimum temperature and swipe right again for maximum temperature. They are not announced as minimum and maximum, just the temperature is read out, but it's of course pretty easy to figure this out. Hope this helps for now, watch the list since I will post an update as soon as I get any results with Netatmo. I initially worked with Carlos, the head developer in Paris, France, since when I bought the station a few years ago after it first came out it was barely accessible at all. When I contacted Carlos last week by email he got back to me right away and said he'd be happy to get my feedback again to hopefully make it a bit better.
