If you want to show a sighted person what app or button you are ready to press,
you might want to go into the settings for VoiceOver

There really isn't a sighted equivalent to Voiceover gestures. If you are
fully sighted, you use the Siri feature to dictate text or to ask questions
and then you visually read the responses on the screen.The Voiceover is
usually never activated.
I would suggest that you show your
